The reason I created this website is deeply personal and stems from the incredible support and encouragement I’ve received, especially from Omar, who was initially skeptical but eventually became open to my theory. It’s been a journey, and his willingness to listen and consider has meant a lot. I also want to thank everyone who has reached out to me on Reddit or commented on my YouTube channel. By the way, the YouTube channel was created just to explain my theory; I’m not planning to make content on anything else. I am incredibly passionate about this case.
As I read through the filings, I could feel Baldoni's pain — a pain I believe many of us know too well when something unjust happens, and you can’t speak up. That’s what led me to dive deep into this case, trying to understand what happened. It was so hard to believe that a woman, one of our own, could lie about her allegations. It just didn’t make sense.
This website isn’t about fame or recognition; it’s about putting my theory out there. People have been asking for my PDF, but I’ve always been worried to spread misinformation and be wrong about something I may have overlooked, and was my theory was getting more exposure I also got worried someone might take credit for my hard work. I’ve spent countless hours downloading all the available filings from Court Listener, reading them, and taking hand notes to understand it all. Everything is documented here, with timelines and subtopics, which I’ll keep updating as I go. . I didn’t want to wait until it was perfect to post because I receive multiple requests every day for the PDF. I wanted to create something more visual, more interactive, and hopefully, this will draw the attention of others discussing the lawsuit. By the way, I have never created a website before, so apologies if there are mistakes. Feel free to let me know if you see something I should fix.
Back to the theory; I truly believe my theory answers many questions, and with every new filing and detail being revealed, it only seems to make more sense. I’m proud of it, and I want to take ownership of this work — I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into it. If you have any questions or feedback, I will create a comment section or another space for discussion. I’ll also be posting about everything on Reddit because of the amazing conversations we’ve had there. I hope you enjoy exploring the website.
As for the name, “Anita’s Theory” wasn’t chosen lightly. Whenever people refer to the theory, they often mention “this girl on Reddit, Anita,” or “Anita’s Theory,” so it felt like the perfect title. And yes, in by Bryan Freedman fashion— I launched this website. It’s a little nerve-wracking, but I know it’s worth it.
We’re all fighting for justice. Not just for Justin, but for his team, his family, and all the good people out there. Thank you for your time and your support.
With much love,
Anita
